You have my commitment that every vote I cast as your state senator will have these core positions clearly in focus. We may not win every vote and every battle. But I know there is no room for compromise on these fundamental beliefs.

I believe that your trust is sacred. If I fail to live up to this commitment by casting a vote that is not in line with the strong conservative foundation outlined here, I would not expect you to vote for my re-election.
